Back Office/Onboarding Specialist
On behalf of our client, an international Capital Markets company is currently expanding their office in Seychelles, we are looking a Back Office Executive to join the office in Seychelles to mainly support the company’s clients by following the company’s regulatory procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily execution of tasks relating to client’s transactions and account maintenance
- Receive & review clients appropriately
- Constantly liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
- Processing client’s fund
- Maintain accurate records of procedures & tasks
- Comply with applicable regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regard to client’s documentation process (KYC)
- Screen Clients through external software for Identity Verification and background Checks
- Keep clients’ profiles up to date
- Apply Enhanced Due Diligence where relevant
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in FX/Crypto company will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Works well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
