Back Office/Onboarding Specialist

On behalf of our client, an international Capital Markets company is currently expanding their office in Seychelles, we are looking a Back Office Executive to join the office in Seychelles to mainly support the company’s clients by following the company’s regulatory procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the daily execution of tasks relating to client’s transactions and account maintenance
  • Receive & review clients appropriately
  • Constantly liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
  • Processing client’s fund
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures & tasks
  • Comply with applicable regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regard to client’s documentation process (KYC)
  • Screen Clients through external software for Identity Verification and background Checks
  • Keep clients’ profiles up to date
  • Apply Enhanced Due Diligence where relevant

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in FX/Crypto company will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Works well under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
