Compliance Officer

HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a global regulated Broker who is expanding its base in Seychelles, we are looking for a Compliance Officer.


  • Degree in Law or Finance, Economics or another related field (or a professional Diploma i.e., CISI)
  • Relevant Professional qualifications such as: AML, Compliance, Risk Management.
  • Already approved as Fit & Proper Compliance Officer will be considered as an advantage.
  • 2 – 3 year’s proven experience in a similar role or fields (Banking, Legal, etc.)
  • Good command of English language and strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up to date with the legal framework and inform the Board about important changes recommending actions as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the AML Manual incorporating all legal updates.
  • Ensuring the teams are performing in accordance with the AML Manual and KYC rules.
  • Checking to ensure that clients data and documents are properly saved in the company’s CRM systems.
  • Issue daily clients reports to identify any discrepancies.
  • Responsible person for the go AML platform.
  • Issue reports with progress to the Board.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time from the Company’s Management.
