HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a global regulated Broker who is expanding its base in Seychelles, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the daily execution of tasks relating to client’s account opening
- Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and live chat
- Acting as the main contact towards client’s request, customer service and back-office interaction
- Leading and ensuring effective implementation of Know Your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients
- Good command of English language and strong communication skills.
- Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems and controls
- Promote company’s services
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in FX/Crypto company will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strict deadlines
- Works well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
